For teens discerning the Sacrament of Confirmation, it should be noted that they should regularly participate in LifeTeen for at least 2 years prior to receiving the Sacrament. The goal of LifeTeen is to help each participant to foster a relationship with the Lord while learning more about the Catholic Faith. Small groups, Adoration, Confession, and worship are opportunities the youth will have throughout the Faith Formation year. Supplemental retreats and activities will be offered to help the youth embrace their faith. The youth will receive teachings from qualified, dedicated adults who desire to witness the faith to the youth.

All teens must:
- Attend Mass weekly and on all Holy Days (Not optional)
- Attend LifeTeen on all scheduled Wednesdays, Confirmation classes on Sundays
- Participate in a weekend retreat: OCTOBER 17-19 or MARCH 20-22- this retreat is a Friday-Sunday retreat that is held at Big Sandy Camp; I strongly encourage you to sign up for the October weekend as the experience will be useful throughout the Confirmation process!
- Complete a Saint project in class
- Meet with Fr. Anthony and/or Karen Ball quarterly or as needed
- Choose a sponsor- practicing Catholic, 18+ adult, complete conversation
- Choose a Scripture passage
- Feed My Starving Children: OCTOBER 25
- Confirmation Soup Supper/Stations: MARCH 18
- Complete the FMSC/Soup Supper for 2025-2026 Mission Hours
- IF unable to attend FMSC OR the Soup Supper, 8 hours in the parish will help complete mission hours
